Wishing I was in Maui, but dealing with being here


Buffalo Chicken Jalapeno Poppers. As Bar-b-cue Captain (don’t ask) at SLT I feel I have to try some of the equipment. Tonight was the Chili Pepper Grill Rack and Corer. The corer worked really well and removed the seeds and ribs. The peppers David bought were a little too big for the rack but it worked. Used Rachael Rays recipe that is missing a step so if you make it let me know and I’ll give you the correction if you don’t figure it out.
